Meet Our Staff

We maintain a high staff ratio throughout, allowing plenty of scope for individual care. Qualified and experienced staff are available at all times.  All staff are Qualified First Aiders.

Early Years Practitioner

Kirsty

Is qualified to Early Years Professional status and holds a Paediatric First Aid along with Food Hygiene level 2.

Kirsty has been with the Pre-School since June 2018 and has over 18 years experience in childcare she is passionate about achieving high levels of learning and development within the Pre-School. Kirsty has two young children and in her spare time enjoys visiting the gym, has recently learnt to crochet and family days out spending time with her children.

Carrie

Is level 3 qualified in Early Years

Holds a Level 3 Early Years SENCO qualification 

 is a Paediatric First Aider  and  Food Hygiene level 2.

 

I took over ownership of the Pre-School in January 2017. My family have lived in the village for over 16 years, having had previous connections with the Preschool when my two daughters both attended, who have now left the local high school.

I have a really passion in supporting children with SEN to ensure they make good progress and strive within the Pre-School environment, along with ensuring the best experience is provided by all.

 I am also on the committee for Newchurch Parish Hall and manage the day to day running  In my spare time I enjoy walking, pilates, yoga, mindfulness, crochet and knitting and relaxing on holiday.

Mandy

Is level 3 qualified in Early Years and holds a Paediatric First Aid.

 

Mandy has been with the Pre-School since June 2019 when she began her apprenticeship in early years.

Mandy has three children one who attends the Pre-School. The others attend both one of the local primary schools and the high school and are both former children from  the Pre-School. In her spare time Mandy enjoys spending time with her family, watching her two older children play rugby at weekends and is a supporter of warrington wolves
